Meghdoot Post Card
service is introduced by Post Department on September 2, 2002. Meghdoot Card is
priced at 25 paise which is half the cost of the regular post card. Here the
writing space, available on the address side of the regular post card, is made
available for advertising in multicolor. Meghdoot is printed by Security
Printing Press at Hyderabad. Dimension of post card is 14 cm × 9 cm
(length and breadth).
The writing space is
available only on the back side of post card. On the address side beside the
space for address multi color advertisement is printed. Any corporate,
government or semi government bodies, business houses etc. can place order for
Meghdoot Post Card with their own design for advertisement.
